At Orangetheory, every session is professionally designed and coach-led, so you’re never left wondering what to do. Everyone in the room follows the same 60-minute workout on the same timeline—no waiting for equipment, no distractions, no guesswork, but all the motivation.

You’ll wear a heart rate monitor that tracks your individual performance in real time, helping you train smarter and see measurable progress towards your  goals.

The workout that works for people like you

I started June 1, 2021 (Alamo) and closing in on my 200th class by the end of June 2022. This past year I have increased my lean muscle, decreased my body fat and lost a few pounds in the process.. My regular OTF workouts (3-4x a week) keep my joints flexible (I have arthritis) Best of all my doctor took me off my diabetes medicine that I had been taking for many years. The Coaches are supportive and give me options for my knees, ankles and wrists when my arthritis acts up. Staff is very efficient. kind and welcoming. I highlyrecommend OTF. Try it out!

There is nothing I can say to convey my appreciation of OTF Alamo enough. I have been going here multiple times per week for 7+ months and it has changed my lifestyle. I really enjoy all of the coaches and the front staff is friendly and helpful. The coaches will physically challenge you and are always there to correct your form but they are also accommodating of injuries or any other issues. They rock! I read a great book about interval training, and looked for a gym/program where I could do that. Orangetheory has all of it, and more. At this location, the coaching has been thorough and motivating. The coaches don’t stand over you to motivate you, and always check to make sure you don’t overdo it. They also do a great job of monitoring the floor workouts to make sure you get the most out of the strength exercises. Even on days when I want to take it easy, I still end up burning at least 700 calories. I always feel as though I’ve emptied the tank when I’m done.
